Oliver ("Ollie") Fitch

I’m a 4th-year at UVA pursuing a B.S. in Commerce in the McIntire School, concentrating in Marketing & IT and participating in the UVA Promotions class. We recently competed in the National Student Advertising Competition, pitching a comprehensive campaign for the NFL.
Within our mini “agency,” I serve as co-chair of the Video Production committee, where I help lead work on the commercial spot, video manifesto, and other campaign videos.
I’ve been drawn to the emotional power of creative work for as long as I can remember. As a kid, I rewatched and saved commercials that felt cinematic or compelling. Today, I’m focused on the strategy and creative decisions that shape emotion, brand loyalty, and the small moments that make a brand feel human and memorable.

How does a company develop its brand into something consumers perceive as a real connection? That is the kind of question I hope to keep answering through work that helps people genuinely care about brands.
